Ways to reduce the load time
Minimizing all the js files,optimise images & markup of the page, cache static content,optimise viewstate, compress viewstate,Use of SPs, Use of Ajax.Use pagespeed and Yslow tools to find out loop holes and find out which request takes too much time. Once you find the problem, you can resolve.

Interview Tips
Prepare yourself to answer any OOPs concepts and questions, don’t write lots of things in Resume to impress interviewer, write only which you know and you are confident to answer. If don’t know the answer directly say no instead of time pass. Make yourself confident. That’s it.
Journey of Corporate Life
After completing my MCA I got the job in june 2008, I dont have to struggle much for the job, got the job in first interview. The organisation was small but I learnt a lot there. Working more than 2 yrs I switched to MNC and currently I am working there.

I am working on Intranet project which is used by client’s sales team for managing their product prices. Client has couple of web portal having various products. For managing their prices they need an intranet application which is being developed by me
Difficulties in web development.
The most difficult part of web development is not the lack of technical skills you have but its the requirement gathering from client because most of the time they are not clear what they want and change the functionality during the development process.
