I am trying to improvise my embedded programming skills. Also want to take a work of advance animation.
Work Pressure and Deadlines
I make proper scheduling of works so that no work lacks behind. My outlook and windows phone helps me a lot to keep myself on track. If I promise then it becomes a commitment from my side to deliver as scheduled. I should know my real potential for doing a task.
Creation of Websites
Sometimes it is nature that surrounds me and sometimes by going through some sites an idea clicks. God is the ultimate user interface designer ;). I always try to make my website interfaces simple, easily accessible and flexible so that all type of audience can understand the subject.
Success according to me
Every failure for me is important. I don't get upset while I try again. I take each failure as a one step up on a stairs. The more I fail, the higher I will go. The main thing is I should not quite.
I have done schooling from my hometown only. I am am doing my engineering from JSSATE, Bangalore.
Challenges during current job
The main challenge is to make things organized and manage employees. As many of them are fresher, it take lot of time for them to grasp the things. As Indian educational system focuses on doing job, sometimes it is very difficult to manage studies and work both.
Be confident. Whatever you do, however you do, if you will be confident, you will survive in IT industry. Trust yourself first. Then only the next person will trust you. And always seek for knowledge from wherever it comes, take it inside.
I like to go on long drive on my bike. I read books, do experiments with my robot, play flute, make songs, do some paintings or enhance my bike features to make it more techie ;)
What additional skills do you have?
Being first a multimedia creator, I work both on programming technologies and user interfaces. I known for effectively combining different technologies to make products. I know about multiple programming technologies like C#, JAVA, PHP, Pyhton, Perl, CGI, HTML5, CSS3, and many more..
